  • red chili flakes 1/3 table-spoonful (optional)
  • water
  • bullion cubes/stock
  • black pepper powder
  • white wine
  • lemon zest
  • lemon juice
  • Swiss emmental cheese grated 1/2 cup
  • parsley, fried onion, lemon wedge for garnish
